I’m Taneisha Early — Certified Dental Assistant, Adjunct Professor (Dental Assistant Program), and founder of Early Impact Solutions. With over 17 years of experience in the dental field as a dental assistant, hygienist, front desk, and office manager. I also hold a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. I help dental and healthcare practices strengthen their systems, train their teams, and enhance employee retention.
